Where are you shipping from?
We are a small online kpop shop located in Beautiful British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Are customs, taxes and duties included in the shipping cost?
Maycore Kpop are not held responsible for any customs and taxes that may occur in your order. All fees which may include (customs, taxes, duties, tariffs, etc.) that are applied to an order after being shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
How does order pick up work?
Order pick up is ONLY available within Vancouver, BC Canada.
Please follow the steps below to pick up your order:
1. DM us on Instagram @maycorekpop with your Name and Order Number.
2. We will contact you to set up a time and day.
3. On pick up, please provide your order number and any photo ID with your name.
4. Pick up location will be provided through the pick up email notification.
How do I track my order?
Please allow us 3-5 business days to fulfill your order. As soon as we have fulfilled your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details. You may easily track your order with the provided tracking number and details provided to you in the email.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In Canada, as long as Canada Post ships to PO Boxes, we do too!
In the United States, unfortunately we cannot ship to the following addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO.
When will I receive my order?
Once your orders have been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled, processed and shipped. For any further delays, we will reach out to you accordingly before order fulfillment.
Pre-Orders are fulfilled, processed and shipped once we have received the items. We typically receive the items 7-10 business days after the release date. Please note that delays may occur due to current events.
Once we have shipped your items, the delivery time are as follows above under your location.
Where is my shipping confirmation email?
If you placed an order and have not received your shipping confirmation email, please double-check your junk and/or spam folder. If you are unable to find it there, please contact us here as soon as possible so that we may review your order.
Can't find what you're looking for?
Send us an email to tell us what's up and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number (if you have one).
